Sivuston kävijätiedot

Sivusto mittaa kävijämääriä Umami Cloud -palvelulla. Umami ei käytä evästeitä. Se johtaa kävijän IP-osoitteesta maan ja istuntotunnisteen, mutta ei tallenna IP-osoitetta. Tietoja käytetään vain sivuston kehittämiseen. Käsittelyperuste on oikeutettu etu.

Yhteydenotot ja asiakassuhteet

Kun otat yhteyttä sähköpostilla, puhelimella tai varaat ajan, käsittelemme nimeäsi, yhteystietojasi ja viestiesi sisältöä vastataksemme sinulle ja hoitaaksemme asiakassuhdetta. Käsittelyperuste on oikeutettu etu tai sopimus. Säilytämme tiedot niin kauan kuin asiakassuhde tai sen hoitaminen sitä vaatii, ja kirjanpitoaineiston kirjanpitolain mukaisen ajan.

Asiakkaille rakennetut palvelut

Kun rakennamme ja ylläpidämme palvelua asiakkaalle, asiakas on rekisterinpitäjä ja Aihu käsittelee tietoja sen lukuun tietojenkäsittelysopimuksen mukaan. Asiakkaan oma tietosuojaseloste kertoo käsittelystä tarkemmin.

AI Adam ja Googlen tiedot

AI Adam on Gold Adamille rakennettu sisäinen avustaja. Gold Adamin nimetyt Google-tilit antavat sille lukuoikeuden:

Google Chat: sovittujen tiedotekanavien viestit (lukuoikeus kanaviin ja viesteihin)
Gmail: tukipostilaatikon viestit (lukuoikeus)

Tietoja käytetään vain yleisten kysymys- ja vastausluonnosten tekemiseen Gold Adamin työntekijöiden avustajaan. Henkilötiedot poistetaan ennen luonnosten tekemistä, ja Gold Adamin tarkistaja hyväksyy jokaisen luonnoksen ennen käyttöä. Viestit säilytetään enintään 30 päivää ja poistetaan sitten; vain henkilötiedoista puhdistetut luonnokset jäävät. Pääsytunnukset tallennetaan salattuina, eikä AI Adam kirjoita, lähetä tai poista mitään Googlen palveluissa.

Tiedot käsitellään Supabase-palvelussa. Henkilötietojen poistoon ja luonnosten kirjoittamiseen käytetään Mistral AI:n kielimallia EU:ssa. Tietoja ei myydä, ei käytetä mainontaan eikä tekoälymallien kouluttamiseen, eikä niitä luovuteta muille.

Aihu Agencyn tapa käyttää ja siirtää Googlen rajapinnoista saatuja tietoja noudattaa Google API Services User Data Policy -käytäntöä ja sen Limited Use -vaatimuksia.

Lukuoikeuden voi perua milloin tahansa Google-tilin asetuksista (myaccount.google.com/permissions) tai Gold Adamin Google Workspace -hallinnasta. Perumisen jälkeen AI Adam ei lue tiliä enää.

Oikeutesi

Voit pyytää pääsyä tietoihisi, niiden korjaamista tai poistamista, vastustaa käsittelyä tai rajoittaa sitä. Kirjoita osoitteeseen mikko@aihuagency.com. Jos tiedot on käsitelty asiakkaan lukuun, välitämme pyynnön asiakkaalle. Voit myös tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle.

Website visitors

The website counts visits with Umami Cloud. Umami uses no cookies. It derives the country and a session identifier from the visitor's IP address but does not store the IP address. The data is used only to improve the website, on the basis of legitimate interest.

Enquiries and customers

When you contact us by email or phone or book a meeting, we process your name, contact details and messages to answer you and manage the customer relationship, on the basis of legitimate interest or contract. We keep them as long as the relationship requires, and accounting records for the period required by Finnish law.

Services we build for customers

When we build and maintain a service for a customer, the customer is the controller and Aihu processes the data on its behalf under a data processing agreement.

AI Adam and Google user data

AI Adam is an internal assistant built for Gold Adam. Gold Adam's designated Google accounts grant it read-only access to:

Google Chat: messages in the agreed announcement spaces (chat.spaces.readonly, chat.messages.readonly)
Gmail: messages in the support mailbox (gmail.readonly)

The data is used only to draft general questions and answers for Gold Adam's employee assistant. Personal data is removed before drafting, and a Gold Adam reviewer approves every draft before it is used. Messages are kept for at most 30 days and then deleted; only the drafts, with personal data removed, remain. Access tokens are stored encrypted. AI Adam never writes, sends or deletes anything in Google services.

The data is processed in Supabase. A Mistral AI language model in the EU is used to remove personal data and to write the drafts. The data is not sold, not used for advertising or to train AI models, and not shared with anyone else.

Aihu Agency's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be revoked at any time in the Google account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or in Gold Adam's Google Workspace admin console. After that, AI Adam no longer reads the account.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to or restrict its processing, by writing to mikko@aihuagency.com. When the data is processed on a customer's behalf, we pass the request to the customer. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
