Five projects, five different bottlenecks
Consumer complaints in one system
A web app that classifies incoming complaints with AI, gives each classification a confidence score and suggests a reply template. In production since March 2026.
From first call to launch in a week and a half
Public talent profiles, two-way contact and self-service subscription billing. The first call came on a Monday, the idea was reviewed in practice that Thursday, and the platform launched a week and a half after the first call.
Comparable tender requests for small renovations
reko.works lets rental housing companies specify renovations from standard work items. AI assembles the renovation card and the tender request, so contractor prices can finally be compared. In pilot use since autumn 2026.
AI assistant for production planning
Embedded in the existing planning platform: target versus actual, downtime root causes and the cost of disruptions in euros. Piloted with real production data.
A weekly report that writes itself
An agent pulls call data from the phone system and writes weekly summaries straight into the client’s own Excel reports on SharePoint. In production since April 2026.
Who we are
Three people, one person accountable
The person who runs your discovery call stays responsible for your project until it is in production. The name Aihu comes from “AI” and “human”: the agent does the repetitive part, a person keeps the decisions.
